Check that the blood sample is thoroughly mixed
Use a pipette or capillary tube with a minimum capacity of 20μL
Introduce the pipette to the PAQ blood inlet (it may touch the inlet).
Take a medium to large blood drop into the pipette opening. Capillary forces will fill the inlet tube automatically.
If the blood inlet tube is not completely filled by the blood drop introduce more blood into the inlet.
Do not use capillary tubes containing heparin.
Press the START button and insert the PAQ and run the test
Wait 2 minuts for the result
